- Frozen or Fresh Okra, pre-chopped
- 1 Small, yellow onion
- 1 Clove, fresh garlic
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Chop onion into small slices. Set aside.
- Chop garlic clove. Set aside.
- In a medium-size pot, place frozen okras, garlic and onion in water.
- Bring water to a rapid boil.
- Lower heat to ‘low’ and allow to simmer until okra is tender to the touch (anywhere from 10-15 minutes).
