Banana Oat Chip Bites

Banana Oat Bites

Ingredients:

  • (1) banana*
  • (3/4) cup dry oatmeal
  • Mini chocolate chips (to taste)

Directions:

  • Mash banana, dry oatmeal and chocolate chips until you reach a dough-like consistency (appx. 2 – 3 minutes).
  • Form mixture into teaspoon-size portions, and place onto parchment paper.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Voila!

 

*For a sweeter taste, you can use a ripe banana.
